For professionals
For Occupational Therapists and Referrers
A straightforward pathway for OTs, support coordinators, plan managers and aged care teams referring home modification work on the Central Coast.
How a referral runs
- Step 1
Referral
Send the participant details, the address and your recommended scope through our online enquiry form.
- Step 2
Scope review
We review the recommendation against what is achievable within our licence and capability, and flag anything that needs another trade.
- Step 3
Site assessment
We attend the property, check substrates, levels, clearances and access, and confirm what can be installed and where.
- Step 4
Itemised quotation
A written quote broken down line by line so it can be reviewed, compared and submitted.
- Step 5
Communication during works
Agreed access times, a point of contact throughout, and variations raised before any extra work is done.
- Step 6
Documentation and handover
Completion details provided at handover, along with a walkthrough of what was installed.
